TransferTransaction Fee:3% of the amount of each transferred balance that posts to your account at a promotional APR that we may offer you.

None for balances transferred at the Transfer APR.

So, to me it looks like Transfer fee is 3%, No Transfer Fee.

Can someone confirm?

That is the Savor. This is SavorOne, which has 3% cashback for dining but no annual fee
