Go deal hunting to various Walmarts and deal with hidden stick, 'lost' stock, ask-request-beg to employees is my worst nightmare. The deals are great but the time and energy spent is just not worth it.

Do note that the Walmart API is broken for this deal. I went to three walmarts around me that reported 6+ in stock at $99 but none of them even had a single patio heater. Just clearance grilling stock in the section it would have been in.

The fire sense deal from a few weeks ago is a much better deal. My Walmart still has a pallet of them, and I'm guessing most stores do as well.

Yes, fully enclosed spaces can be dangerous for toxic gas buildup, as well as biological buildup. In southern california we are blessed with weather that allows our outdoor seating to only have a roof top structure and some space heaters rather than fully enclosed.

So, where does everyone store these things when it's not winter? Seems like if it's just sitting outside all year it would be bad, but they are far to large for the attic.

I bought the Home Depot version of this. That one is 48k BTU. It goes through a 20lb propane tank in about 5-6 hours, and my full tanks were freezing up after only about 20 minutes of use. I ended up converting it to natural gas, which was pretty easy to do. No more freezing tanks and natural gas costs a fraction of what propane was costing.

Really interesting. I have a Gas line outdoors for my grill I could repurpose. How did you convert it? Is there a kit?

Walmart API is absolutely wrong about stock for this item. I found 3 at a Walmart that said ZERO in stock, and found ZERO at three different stores that said 6+ in stock.

Anywho, it took about 30 minutes to put mine together. No dents and no issues. Love it!
