I've been using this since COVID world started (lost my gym access). it's helped me quite a lot, especially with stretches. I highly recommend doing both the pre and post workout stretches. What will not work is if you don't control how much you eat.

This game is underrated, in my opinion it is one of the best and must have . My kids play it everyday and it is hard for me though I am old and rusted

I don't know why there isn't dlc for this. Nintendo is sitting on a cash cow. With covid and start of a new year they didn't plan it out well at all imo.

P90x3 or liift4 is the way to go. The originals are so long and too much downtime (for most workouts) in-between sets.
