I believe damage is awarded based on how well you do the specific move... So if you do a better squat, you do more damage.

My kids got this for Christmas and have been playing every day since. The adventure aspect really gets them wanting to play more and build up their character, and they're finally getting some good exercise. I'd recommend this.

I workout 5-6x a week and this game actually works up a decent sweat after 20-30 minutes and it's kind of fun. My middle schooler is killing me in this game.

Tried this with my 6 and 8 yr old. They both are pretty athletic. 6 yr old struggles at time with the ring when it comes to pushing and releasing the ring. 8 yr old is capable of playing this unassisted.

Certain motions/movements/mechanics are difficult for them to understand.
