I believe damage is awarded based on how well you do the specific move... So if you do a better squat, you do more damage.

I bought this for $80 around start of pandemic, when it was supposedly scarce and everyone was panicking during gym closures and needing home workout options. The mini games are decent, a bit time consuming for the main game mode. I'd probably use it more but lack space to do exercises. Also out of convenience and laziness, it's easier to use a treadmill or stationary bike for 45 mins to n hour Nd just watch tv, Netflix, YouTube, etc. I also have a bunch of Xbox Kinect fitness games, you can a decent workout with those despite being released around 10 yrs ago
