I've been in the market for a massage hair for nearly a year, last week I finally pulled the trigger. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to sit in chairs, there are far too many variables and the marketing BS makes even a $1500 chair sound similar to a $3k one. Find a showroom near you, make the drive and try numerous chairs back to back. I was able to get to a good selection in New Hampshire and the $2200-2800 Titan Jupiter which looked perfect on paper was a proper let down. I ended up with an Osaki Paragon for $4k, more than I wanted to pay but a much better experience, remote interface and some great features not found on the cheaper chairs.
Actual selling price for chairs should be about half of the list price, getting an extended warranty is a good idea wince the typical Osaki 3 year warranty is actually one year labor, two years parts, three years frame, Costco warranty and the bump from their credit card is a great way to go. Check out the Titan Roadshow at Costco if it comes through your town.
If you want a really slick deal, the former CFO of Osaki lives in Hampstead New Hampshire area and deals these from a warehouse around New England. Awesome lady
We had no problem returning well past 30 days (around 100 days if I recall).
Did you return it to your local warehouse? With out without the original box? I had planned to go this route and try chairs at home before I found a showroom.
How do these compare with the Osaki from homedepot for $1200?
Is it really worth double the price?
FWIW - I can confidently say the Titan AmaMedic Prestige Pro 3D is absolutely fantastic! Got it from online dealer for $1,875 (OTD) with 5 year warranty.

Based on recommendations found in previous SD threads, I had to invest a little bit of time emailing a few online massage chair dealers. I bought mine from Wish, Rock, Relaxation[wishrockrelaxation.com], but other retailers were competitive. I would image that if you used the chat feature, you would be able to get down to the nitty gritty pretty quickly. I particularly liked that they offered Amazon Pay which gave me an additional 5% off the price above. It was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. My shipment took about 10 days to arrive, but it was shipped directly from Titan. I believe most of the retailers drop ship if you aren't located in an area where they have showrooms.

They don't seem to have anything less than $4k now.
This deal is dead, everything is sold out btw.
