At first I didn't see it either, and I too placed and order.
I had to Uninstall and reinstall the app. I called customer service, and they explained to me that you will get a email or a coupon when you pick up.
As long as you place an order by Feb 8, 2020. You are invited to the promo.
Orders made before Feb 3, 2020, will not be valid for this order.

Probably should get out a bit more. They don't just close overnight and nordstrom racks RARELY close for good. If so, there's another one probably in the city near by. Maybe it was simply closing early with temporary hours due to Covid.

Not sure where you're getting your info from my friend. I get out plenty and safely.

Not every trip takes me within view of this Nordstrom Rack, which has been boarded up and the signage removed, so I seriously doubt it just closed early that particular day or even temporarily.

Reading it the way I did, it sounded to me like you were surprised. With it being boarded up and sign removed, it's been quite some time that store hasn't been there. Hence the not getting out much comment. Glad your being safe.
