But now those recent gpus have dropped to $700-1000 range (allowing this 1060 to be much lower like this < $600 systems....better than current gtx 1650 systems).

(refurb may turn some off, but this is for people who really need to save $200 and want all the features <$500.... but I'd probably just spend more money and buy a better newer laptop for the extra $200-300 eg. GatewayRTX2060, AcerRTX2060, HPPavillion1660ti, MSIGL65,Legiony540, maybe more to come... )
