I thought it was a great deal until i found out that most of the parts are proprietary. Correct me if i'm wrong but even the GPU is their own custom GPU which means you can't just replace it with a full size 4070/5070 next time. There's also people complaining of thermal issues. That being said, ts a fantastic price @ $1199 for a 3070 but be aware of the limitations.

Considering the street value of even a used 3070 is north of $800 right now, this should sell out in all of about 6 seconds.

7 replacements? Your persistence is commendable.

Well I don't want to run 8 desktops separately.. perhaps I can keep one desktop and pack as many graphics card inside. or just part them out.

What did you say? The agents getting keep pulling up the deal page and telling me liquid cooling isn't included on the 2/11 deal
Call them later and demand to cancel because you want fan. Pretty sure they will offer to waive the upgrade 😂

Its not liquid cooling.... What they think youre referring to is water cooling for the whole system. The liquid cooling reference is an AIO liquid cooler for the cpu itself. Thats why they arnt giving it to you. And they are right, the deal on 2/11 doesnt have liquid cooling or an AIO liquid cooler...

I added one for $50 and we will see if I have one. I just want liquid cooler cpu. Less noisy.

Right. A CPU AIO, not a whole system liquid cooling, that would be at least a couple hundred.

That's seem like a great deal, an upgrade would tripling the earnings.

Is this deal better than the XPS 8940 deal in terms of performance for cost? Thank you!

Do you have to pay 15% restocking fee on that return though? I think I may be in a similar situation as you.

as mentioned by others it seems they now have a standard response across the board. You can get the deal early as listed for 1229 but the water cooling is $50 extra and the wifi killer card is an extra $20. I placed an order for total 1299.99 + taxes. They mentioned to me that the earlier deals that others mentioned were no longer available and that this was the new standard.

I wonder if they will do a price correction once the price drops to 1199 on the base unit?

thanks for heads up about the chat early access! thinking it might be hard to snag once the sale starts?

They do have a price match guarantee.
I also dont worry too much about not having water cooling, cus the fan cooling is supposed to get pretty damn loud, so you can use that as an excuse to complain down the road and get partial refund or free upgrade to water cooling.

Free returns if not tampered with is what I was told.
