via Chat was able to get what looks to be the exact system, with CPU water cooling for 1229 + tax etc. It would go in as a custom order, shipping March 29th. The 2/11 deal is a "doorbuster" which is prebuilt and ready to ship. I will hold the quote for now and try for the 'buster.
How did you get the water cooling added for the same price?

Where are you finding these Reps? Mine refuse to allow the purchase.
If youre asking them for the $1200 price, that is correct. They dont match doorbusters... However, most of them are offering 1230.

Is the cyberpower i7 10700f with 3060 ti a better pc at $1249 or this Alienware with the amd and 3070 in this deal better? Seems amd cpu isn't as good as Intel in user benchmark? I ordered both want to know which one to keep?
based on reviews, no warranty with cyberpower. customer service not responding

Correct me if wrong, below is from the chat log. Basically shared the link to the deal and advised I was interested in this deal but wouldn't be near a PC tomorrow to order. Also peppered in lots of pleases and thank you's

"AMD Ryzen™ 7 3700X (8-Core, 32MB L3 Cache, Max Boost Clock of 4.4GHz) Windows 10 Home, 64-bit, English NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3070 8GB GDDR6 Dark Side of the Moon chassis with High-Performance CPU Liquid Cooling and 550W Power Supply 16GB Dual Channel Hype"

Apparently they are willing to replicate the same order as someone who got the liquid cooling free of charge, but will need to have an order # for them to do this. Anyone wanna share theirs? =)

This has custom parts. People should not buy this, so that I can.

Same question. I did a chat yesterday afternoon, and they said they'd submit a request and get back to me (nothing yet), but at the beginning they did ask if I had the order # (I specifically mentioned liquid cooled and "killer Wi-Fi 6").

I chatted with 4 different reps last night, all would only do the 1229.99 for the system and another 50 for the liquid cooling, no budging and several said that the 1229.99 with liquid cooling was a mistake and they received instructions about the price... So ended up paying the extra 50 for the liquid cooling.

Agent (Naresh Kumar S): "i am sorry , it was the wrong price, we have the update"

The Alienware has the faster GPU but the Cyberpower will be easier to upgrade in the future if that matters to you.
Thanks yes it's for my daughter I'm sure she will want to upgrade it down the line. Does anyone know what kind of brand the rtx 3070 in the Alienware is? Is it something they make like their other priority parts? The 3060 ti in the cyberpower one I got was an evga branded rtx 3060ti. Thanks for any help.

Is it worth it to get the liquid cooling on this? Is it possible to upgrade the cooling system yourself afterwards?

Was able to get a order through chat for $1229.99+tax, but no free upgrade to liquid cooling. Had $40 in rewards that were going to expire so it made up the difference.

This is a video upgrading the psu of the R10 so you have an idea on how it is to upgrade the system in the future.

As of 2/10/2021 at 12:42 PM EST, I was finally able to find the right rep who added the liquid cooling for free. Initially was quoted 1230$ as everyone else then I upgraded the wifi and hard drive. Total came out to 1299$ before tax. Keep trying, PS This rep made a quote for me, all of the other reps never did this or mentioned it and tried to say they could not honor it or were having site issues.

I take it that's a bad thing. Do they perform as well as other branded cards? It's ultimately up to my daughter and she's in love with the lights on the cyberpower which I paid $1200 for as well because I had $50 Best Buy rewards fixing to expire. I think I may stick with that instead of the Alienware I ordered last night for $1230. It's the worst thing about slickdeals you find something you're happy with then something else pops up and makes you start second guessing yourself. It's mainly for her to play fortnite type of games and dead by daylight. I'd like to be able to upgrade it and I think being able to upgrade the cyberpower in the future outweighs the 3070 in the Alienware which is all proprietary parts and what not. I think from now on once I buy something I'm gonna stop looking for anything else lol. Thanks for the advice and if you have any more advice I'd love to hear it! 😎
