This is very cheap, but it's a junk game. Just look at the BGG rating and reviews, it's not worth the time.

If you are interested in an escape room game, I highly recommend the EXIT THE GAME series by Kosmos. They are fantastic, and I recommend starting with a level 1 or 2 (definitely not 3 or 4) difficulty because they are pretty hard.

The Sunken Treasure one is a 2-star and on sale for $13 on Target + Amazon and is part of the B2G1 promotion.
When looking out of the window... why always look at the dirt? Why not at the sky?
It could be a great game too.. just discounted.

Not sure if it's a good or bad thing I've never heard of this game. Probably means it's straight garbage.

We bought this previously and played through it. It was okay, not our favorite escape game but at least 2 cool features in 3d.

Some notes, the game had us lost from the beginning even after reading the rules, we stumbled through the hints to get on track. Also there's an early version that has a misprint in the hints for one puzzle that we had to Google to get passed. By the end we were so tired of it all we just looked at the final 2 hints to see what happened.

We were able to pack it up and give it to friends with the warnings above.

I've been on BGG since 2009, considering the highest community ranked game (Gloomhaven) is sitting at 8.55 and their previous long reigning champions (Agricola and Puerto Rico) were in the low 8's / high 7's when they were in the top 3, a rating of 5.7 is actually above average for them/us.

(Edit) Still very weary of the game. Relatively few geek scores, fewer reviewers, and a relatively high standard deviation in scores. Seeing a lot of the same complaints regarding the puzzle design and errata.

I actually enjoyed this quite a bit. Story based on real escape attempt from Alcatraz.
