Is it just me or are these boxes smaller than one might get at Walmart/Grocery store... In pricing out per oz, I'm not seeing any real savings for the flavors I'm looking at (Raisin Bran or Special K)

The 16.6oz Raisin Bran is $2.88 a box at Walmart and 2 for $4 at Walgreens this week. The Special K is definitely cheaper at Walmart though.
The Great Value brand cereals taste just as good (probably made same place) and are excellent value. I compared a few to these and they were just as good pricing or better without needing sales & coupons.

Yeah, most Walmart items are made by name brand companies. You can tell by the packaging and naming (like Turkey Hill and Walmart ice cream having the exact same shaped container and naming their flavors the same, and it's seated right next to it in the freezer)
