Normal price these days. But the Costco warranty is nice since these are known to have ax issues sometimes.

The Costco warranty is the reason I ordered it. Coming from a 10 year old MacBook, there is absolutely no PC alternative worth my hard earned dollars. So decided to take a chance on Razer. Hope it doesn't disappoint.

2070 can barely play games 4k at 30 fps... most people dont even need 4k on a 15inch. rather have a 1440p with 120hz tho ngl

Most folks who play games on 4K screens of laptops change their game settings to 1080 or 1440p and let the screen controller upscale it to 4K.

You can search YouTube for tricks and tips used to play games on 4K.

I guess its just a personal issue since I can barely tell the difference between 1440p and 4k on a 15 inch screen. But yeh you can always use DLSS to upscale games. also non gsync display.

Check this link out. Even though OLED is @60Hz, the fact that OLED can switch frames almost instantaneously compared to LCD, the real world refresh of OLED is far smoother than LCD. Moreover, a lower refresh rate also translates into better battery life for mobile devices compared to high refresh rate LCD.

I am still not too sure about buying a laptop with an OLED screen. I like to keep my laptops for years. On every OLED I have owned (phone, monitor, mini display), there has been ghosting after the first year. I don't want to have to lower brightness settings, move menu bars all around the screen, etc to avoid it.

I bought this & returned. Main concerns from my perspective:
1. Real world use battery life of only 4 hours. Even after disabling turbo, keeping screen brightness to 50% & light load (no gaming).
2. Keyboard is not that good for typing. Could feel the hand fatigue while coding.
3. For some reason my track pad had a little double-click issue (might be my units fault).
4. No USB C charging even though you have one thunderbolt port. Could be very handy for a laptop with such less battery life.

Rest of the stuff worked pretty well and felt really sad while returning the laptop. It's a eye candy with gorgeous screen & great built.
