Need them for non stick surfaces though. I just got a ninja air fryer and not trying to scratch it all up with stainless steel tongs!

I tried to do the same, but am over it with food falling all the time. I found as long as I"m careful the stainless ones work just fine without scratching.

Good for the grill or glass pans/dishes. I wouldn't use them on non-stick surfaces.
