I asked T-Mobile, if there would be an issue, if I send the S20 FE that is financed with T-Mobile and I got below answer.

That would be up to Samsung, for sure so if they want to take it as a trade-in with a balance owed then that's totally fine with us.

Yes, but at least they allow you to request your device back now. They used to just keep it and you would get nothing and $0 trade in. You can chance it but they'll probably notice.

There is a choice in there for "trade in with a cracked screen" they still give you a good amount for the trade in! Don't send in a phone with a cracked screen without choosing this option.

15 days, according to T&C. (I am assuming you are asking how long you have to send out your phone for trade in after you receive the new phone)

all these trade-in deals.... can't we have a decent sale on these phones without any trades?
So I added the note 20 ultra, led cover, and galaxy watch 3 45 mm version. My subtotal is 602, very slick indeed. ohh that's trading in a galaxy s10
Don't forget to use a certain site that offers $$ back (starts with an R lol) currently at 10% for Samsung!!

Did you need to verify anything for student discount?

This is the first time I've been seriously tempted to trade-in my S8. I'm still not sure I need a new phone, but at only about $600 with the trade-in of my now 4-year old phone, this is a really good deal.

edit: I made a few jumps in my calculation that no one could reasonably guess. I was planning on buying the active2 anyways for $140, I got the educational discount, and I was counting on the 10% cash back.

the 150 credit needs to be used right away or can I spend it later?

I see the pricing of Buds live is more as part of adding to this deal. If I check the price of Buds live separately, its much cheaper.
