You can use Samsung chat on samsung.com to price match, but these deals are already $200 off on samsung.com, so you can't price match these deals with Amazon.

Yes you do. I paid off my S20 FE in November. Didn't get the $17.80 bill credit in December but started getting it again in January (also got it this month). It essentially extended my bill credits by 1 month but I'm still going to get the full bill credits expected
