So I think you could have gotten more accessories and they would have still been free. I'm trying to figure out all these discounts that are applying but not understanding it yet. But when I add the buds pros as the accessory, then at checkout add another buds pro, it only adds $30 to the total which shows up on one of the buds pros prices. Might be worth messing with the accessories options on a new order and cancelling the original (in my opinion). Lemme know how it goes 😁

So I'm in the Shop Samsung app. Phone died and went back into it after charging... no edu discount applying in my cart. Emptied cart. Opened menu at top left, hit shop, clicked on phones (prices listed didn't say additional edu discount). Still on the page with all the phones, at the top it told me that I could save 7.5% with edu discount, clicked it and selected edu discount... waited just a bit and all the prices changed and listed edu discounts for each phone on that page. Continued to the Note 20 Ultras and was able to get to checkout with the edu discount still there under "order summary" and "total savings" drop downs.

Try this on a desktop browser. Clear all browser cookies, history, and sessions. Log into your Samsung account, then go the following page by copy and paste the link:

Choose edu discount on the top of the list of phones, and then scroll down the phone list and click BUY NOW on the Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G that states "Includes $xx.xx Education Discount." The edu discount amount will change, depending on which variant you choose on the following page. The edu discount sticks for me at checkout. I did not place the order though as I already have too many phones.
