Did they update their policy since the A71 deal? I traded in an iphone 8+ during that deal and the back was cracked but still got the normal crack-free trade-in amount.

Anyone with insight about a trading with a black spot on the screen? Specifically looking to use the cracked screen option. But the terms say excluding item 5c just concerning cracks on the front when 5b or 5d covers the black spot.. I'm thinking they'll reject it?

Once you pick the phone on the first page and click "continue" at the bottom of the page it will take you to a second page. From there you select the other item(s) you want.

Great deal...have a cracked (tiny one bottom corner) s20 ultra and let me trade in for 550 plus the 200 instant. Got that and the a7 tablet for 555.88 with education discount. To havs the s20 ultra fixed wouldve been $300 already, so this was great for me.
