I just placed an order for the Note 20 Ultra. I've been a longtime Note user, and love the S-Pen. Considered the S21 Ultra, but knew I'd lose the S-Pen in that scenario. Additionally, the Note 20 still supports MicroSD whereas the S21 does not.

The only real upgrade the 21 provides is the camera, but it wasn't enough of an improvement to sway my decision.
You also lose 120hz at QHD... but some say they can't see the difference from QHD to FHD

There are a ton if videos like Cnet does a big review on both and she used them both for a week in real world application. The big takeaways for me that sold me on the Note vs S21 was:

SD card on note- not on any of the other phones. Only available version was 128GB on VZW so this is a dealbreaker- I have a 512GB card so that is good.

Note has the Magnetic tech for payments where it works on about any card reader whereas the other only uses NFC.

Smaller battery by 500ma but she said it lasted longer

Better Gorilla glass but this may not make much diff- They drop tested face down from 6ft over ten times and neither had a scratch.

* forgot to mention- The S21 doesn't come with a charger, or pen (additional costs)- and no pen slot for it. It also was over $100 more when I processed it through the the same trade in.

The only thing I would have considered the S21 for was better images at 50x zoom I think it was. But realistically would probably never be using that.

The other stuff was just too important to pass for me.
Wait the phone doesn't come with a charger? That doesn't sound right

The S21 does not come with a charging brick, just the cable. Samsung couldn't afford it at this price, so you'll have to pay $20 extra if you want one. They did this in the name of reducing e-waste.

or get a 3rd party one cheaper. this is the 25W. If you want the 45W it's more, but Samsung was never including the 45W

Samsung ships from Texas. With the weather in texas this week, they may be running way behind in their shipments

it's ridiculous that S20 Ultra has the same value as S20 when traded in.

Wrong. The biggest downside of Note 20 Ulta is that it does not allow 120Hz at QHD resolution whereas 21Ultra does.

You need storage buy 512GB version. 21 Ultra is more future proof

That might be important to some people, but I couldn't care less if my phone is 60hz, 120hz, FHD, or QHD. If I want to watch UHD content I have an LG CX65 and a PS5 connected to a Q80T.

That can always change with a firmware update.

I have a question on Samsung EPP account. It is currently using my work email for login.
Under account profile, I see option to link Google email account. I did and when i login using google account, it logs me to workplace account.

I no longer work for that place so wondering if I can still login to EPP account and place order. However I am unsure, if I will be able to get email to my personal account instead work email for my purchase?

I thought this was just me because I'm in Texas.
