Yup, I order Note 20 on 2/14 and saw Amazon drop on 2/15. Call them up and send link and screen shot. I ask them any color is ok and they approved the price match. They told me after the item ship just call them ask about the ticket they set up for me and they will refund 200$.

You CALLED or chat? CS in the chat don't have the authority to APPROVE the PM. They only submit the request to the upper SS D/E-C.

No, you can request for price match anytime within 14 days of receiving the item with a screenshot with date and time as long as the lower price occurs when or after you placed the order. I and many people have done this on the other threads currently and in the past by sharing screenshots. You don't need the current screenshot or link as long as the lower price occurs when you placed the order or during the 14 days of receiving the item.

If they say no record, just open another chat within 14 days of receiving the item and upload the screenshot and ask for the chat ID number for the record. The e-commerce team can read the chat and see the screenshot from the chat ID number.

99.9% of time they will ask for a current link, 0.1% you might get a perfect alignment of stars that the CS agent agree with you and the approving team also agrees with it. But I would still say chances are sleek if you dont have an active URL to start chat with.

I called them and sent the link with screenshot to E-commerce email. They gave me the ticket numbers.

I think the appeal of this deal is for the bundle discounts. You can get a watch 3 for less than $50, or 2 sets of Galaxy Buds Pro for less than $50.
Without the bundle discount I would not have bother either.
