I chatted with them. they gave me a ticket number too but when the phone actually shipped they refused to honour the pricematch

I did play dumb lol and he did open a request for me and gave me a ticket number for a pricematch but then after the order shipped i got an email that they cant give me the pricematch

Shipped. The cancel button is gone now. But my order was to arrive on 19th feb and its late so when i asked them to cancel it through chat they offered me a 10% back for the order being late. That rep also told that she will forward my pricematch request to the appropriate dept but I think they dont want to honor the pricematch now because she promised me a 10% refund for a late delivery.

I did the same thing with the ticket number. And they approved my pricewatch base on the ticket number. Not sure why you got rejected.
