I ordered on 2/15. Chatted asking about status on 2/18 when it appeared delayed. I was offered 10% refund without asking for it or asking to cancel, they just offered. I later got the Amazon pricematch approved at $375 refund.

Like I said, I had a watch ship from same place about 4 days later and got it yesterday. I am getting worried now.
Got a similar chat today. They didn't say they are cancelling it but it is stuck in TX and they can't figure it out. So they first said they would give me a credit for the price so I could reorder. Should have kept my mouth shut but I was thinking they wouldn't factor in the trade in and my line is now locked from trade ins because of the first order. So even if I try to re-order, they won't let me get the 550 off. So then I wonder, what if original phone comes? What about the watch deal I got? My watch was delivered. They assured me that my account would be refunded in 3 days. What account? Verizon? I did carrier financing. So now I have to hope that I get that line unlocked for trade in so I can re-order while this is still a deal. If not, I guess I'm gonna have to raise hell or not get a new phone.

I received updates on mine as it moved. I received notification of shipment on 2/24, it was actually shipped on 2/26 and was delivered to me on 3/1. Ordered on 2/14/

All the other discounts were promotions and bundle discounts that were automatically applied at the time, no codes.

They'll probably only PM the price when it is valid and you've brought to their attention via chat. I don't think they'll go backwards to when it was $925 unless you sent them the screenshot that day of.
