Uhm I think your price per sheet is way off. 700' for 30 bucks is pretty typical for what I pay.

My last order of this was 35 bucks, free ship.

Amazon is typically cheaper than eBay for me unless eBay has a coupon. Lots of people selling 700' on Amazon for $31-32 usually, like below:
