I bought these at that time. They slip out of my ear really easily so I would not recommend using these if you intend to move around a lot. The bluetooth connection is super fast. As soon as I lift them off the base they connect to my phone right away.
I recall a user on the black friday post saying that these have an "issue" where only one side connects, but this is actually a feature (which the manual teaches you) to use it as a headset or for two different devices.

Do these have a microphone or are they just headphones?

Cant you just change the ear tips to one's that are more snug?
I can't speak for total hours at a time, but I use these at the gym and I'm there for an hour and a half most days and they don't die, and I also run the treadmill and they don't fall out. After I leave, I put them back in the case which charges them. I probably do that for 2 weeks before I have to charge the case again
