Just for some context for people who are wondering why their subscription isn't showing up after it says redeemed: i've used the free t-mobile mlb.tv account for the past few years, and clicking on "manage subscriptions"on my macbook always just results in a blank page--but the service works just fine. It was like this last year for me, too. Go back and see if you can watch some earlier spring training games or older content, if you can, your account is working fine.

Can someone help me with a question? I signed up my father for an MLB account. I redeemed the code and it said it was successful. However, when I had him check MLB.com, manage subscriptions, It show no active subscription. Did I do something wrong? Can he only watch MLB.com on the phone and not his computer? Thanks!
