Just for some context for people who are wondering why their subscription isn't showing up after it says redeemed: i've used the free t-mobile mlb.tv account for the past few years, and clicking on "manage subscriptions"on my macbook always just results in a blank page--but the service works just fine. It was like this last year for me, too. Go back and see if you can watch some earlier spring training games or older content, if you can, your account is working fine.

Just make sure they don't have the "free game of the day" tag on them, which most spring training games this year have been. I checked last years playoffs.

Yeah, I'm watching an archived game from 2019. Seems to be working fine. It's weird that it wouldn't show up under "active subscriptions".

I tried on android first but clearly the code was from an iphone, does it have to be activated on the same kind of device it was sent for? The only thing I can think of. Anyway, doesn't work on either now and says already redeemed.
