On android, to get the offer link, you need to force the T-Mobile Tuesdays app to open the redeem link in an external browser.
Reset default app associations.
Settings, apps, .app info, ... Menu, reset app defaults
Then, when you click the redeem button, Pick a web browser and the url and pushed will appear.

I redeemed the code and got & accepted the in-app purchase notification on my phone, but I can't see anywhere that my MLB.TV account actually has access to MLB.TV.

I bought two accounts in this thread, the one via account earlier still shows nothing, but the sub is working fine (played back older games to test). One done via link activation (on Windows Chrome) showed the sub in account info immediately.

Click Account (top right), Then Manage Subscriptions. Click the down arrow next to Current Subscriptions, and it should show your active subscription and when it expires.
