Just for some context for people who are wondering why their subscription isn't showing up after it says redeemed: i've used the free t-mobile mlb.tv account for the past few years, and clicking on "manage subscriptions"on my macbook always just results in a blank page--but the service works just fine. It was like this last year for me, too. Go back and see if you can watch some earlier spring training games or older content, if you can, your account is working fine.

Want: $5 dunkin donuts e gift card pin and a new account credentials. Will not redeem it until you are squared away.
This is on my wife's iPhone so not sure if it works different but willing to try. I successfully helped 2 members get setup but that was on Android.

I'm so sorry if this has already been answered, but, does your account automatically update to a 'subscription' once it's processed through tmobile? Or, does it take some time? On MLB.com, it says I don't have an active subscription and the tmobile processed about an hour ago. Thanks for the help!

For Sprint and Metro by T-mobile (MetroPCS) customers, you are a part of the T-mobile team and eligible for this offer regardless of what plan you have.

1. Go to App store / Play store, and download "T-mobile Tuesday".
2. If you don't have MLB app, also download and register with your email.
3. Open the "T-mobile Tuesday" app. Register and verify with your phone number if this is the first time to open
4. Click the big ad "Free season of MLB.TV"
5. Click "save" Then, "redeem". MLB app will be open, login to get the automatic subscription.

Watching home games in the home state will be subject for blackout. Watching from cellphones hasn't turned out to be working properly to avoid the blackout even if you use mobile VPN or "fake gps" or somewhat similar. Just watch from a PC with VPN. It will work.
