I bought the same pencil in India for my parents, my sister, my mother-in-law and my sister-in-law. Same mass-produced Chinese product. Just branded differently. The same branded pencil I bought in US is also available in UK.
Point is - this is mass commodity product. Don't worry about reviews and fake spot too much.
waste of money..
later end up buying a like new Real Apple Pencil from $65 last year.. just running fine..

Doesn't recognize pressure or tilt which are both very helpful features for digital art.

This type of generic Apple pencil works fine for taking notes and drawing simple stuff.
You probably won't miss the pressure sensitivity.
