The weight plates go on standard weight sleeves. I'm sure you can put Olympic weight plates on it like a previous commenter mentioned, but it would be really noisy. I got some Olympic adapter sleeves for $15 shipped (each, you had to buy 2) so that I can just use my Olympic plates. The low lat bar attachment is functional, but given time, the attachment point will eventually wear thin and break, I imagine. There's no bearing, and the bar is hollow.
My biggest problem with the lat attachment is the fact that it does stick so far out the back. I have limited space in my garage, so this reduces my usable space even more. One side benefit of this is that it stabilizes the rack, and will probably allow you to set up for bench or squat on the outside of the rack if you want to live dangerously.
The rack is a good budget starter rack. The uprights are 2"x2" with 1" pin holes. This makes it harder to find accessories, as most of the good ones are designed for 3"x3" uprights with 1" pin holes. Do yourself a favor, and get a roll of UHMW tape to put on the included "j-hooks" so they don't scratch up your bar. Better yet, buy yourself a real j-hook set with UHMW plastic protectors, and a longer backing. The paint scratches off very easily.
Finally, I took off the pin safeties, and bought a set of Titan Fitness X-2 safety straps. These are amazing! They are stronger than the included safeties, and will not damage your bar. They are also more adjustable, so that you can get the safeties at just the right height.
It seems like it would get in the way of your bench placement.

I knew then Amazon will have it in stock shortly after for $229 or less.
Eventually, I settled for one of the DIY ones. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08NDQYV25
I hooked it up to the top bar of 810XT rack. Only had it for a few days but so far, it's working well for me.

Having said that, lat pulldown does offer more variety in targeting some areas with different handles and isolation exercises.
I own this. Lat-pull down is a nice add-on accessory for this cage, but I'll offer a few criticisms:
1. The leg hold gets in the way of where I would typically place my bench and bar, so I had to move the bench and bar to the front of the cage. For this setup, I simply added a couple of j-hooks and spotter arms to the front of the cage and added a couple of weight plate holders to the back of the cage, where I put extra weight to ensure the cage doesn't tip forward. Obviously there are other ways to accomplish this same goal (e.g. sandbags, bolting cage to floor...), but something to be aware of.
2.) The hole spacing on the 810XLT is 3", so depending on the height of your flat bench, it can be difficult to get the leg hold at the perfect height level for lat pulls.
3.) The lat pull holds standard 1" weights, so you'll need to add olympic sleeve convertors if you use olympic weights.
4.) If you own this cage and have the pull-up bar upside down to accommodate low ceiling height, this won't work for you any more, because the lat pull attaches to the top of the pull-up bar (as seen in the pictures) and requires the pull up bar to be installed in the upright, normal position.
It seems like it would get in the way of your bench placement.
