Yeah so that price is only good for the pulley attachment ONLY. not for the whole rack. good deal i guess if you're looking SPECIFICALLY for this, but i am fairly certain i've seen the entire rack plus pulley for 300 not even too long ago.

No way they had both the rack and pulley for $300.

I have this rack and pulley system and I absolutely love it. The leg lock can be a bit finicky but once you get used to it, it works as its supposed to. The rack is easy to put together but the pulley system is a bit difficult if you're not a good handyman. Very smooth pulley and I can't recommend enough for beginner and intermediate trainers.

I've been following this item for about a month now and this seems to be the regular price, no?

Are you able to bench press inside the rack with the pulley system attached? It looks like it would get in the way.

The pulley wouldn't be in the way, but the leg lock would; just need to remove that when benching — https://images-na.ssl-images-amaz...L1500_.jpg

FYI the rack cage pictured is the same as the Progear 1600 at Walmart. I Frankensteined a Rep Fitness weight storage rack to it since it is very close to their 1000 series rack. If I had to do it all over I'd get all Rep Fitness, but stock was limited when I purchased it.

Yes you can bench with it, you just remove the bar on top which takes 2 seconds. The leg lock attachment takes 1 minute to remove, no big deal at all

I have this and I got sick of the leg lock. I take my EZ curl and put it under the safeties, it works just as good and is so much quicker.

Do you use Olympic or standard size weight plate? In the picture it looks like standard.

I use standard but you can use an adapter to use olympic plates.
