CBS all Access (soon to be rebranded as Paramount+) is offering a deal for new subscribers.

Using code "paramountplus", you can save 50% off of an annual subscription. This drops the standard annual plan to $30 from $60. This drops the no Commercials option (retail $99/year) to just $50 per year, or just over $4.15 per month. IMO, the extra 20 bucks is well worth the savings in time of suffering through ads. Plus, the $50 option gives you the option to download titles.

I know that there are a ton of streaming options out there, but if you are looking for things like MTV and Nickelodeon this is another option.

ENSURE THAT YOU SELECT THE OPTION TO SHOW ANNUAL PLANS (just above the continue button on the main screen) TO RECEIVE THE MAX DISCOUNT.

Maybe I've been living under a rock, but will this completely replace CBS all access?

It seems like it, they've been playing the promos a lot while watching cbs all access.

I'm currently getting CBS All Access (no commercials) and Showtime for $9.99/mo through Apple. $5/ea/mo. I believe this will transform seamlessly to Paramount+, right? If not, does anyone know how long the $9.99/yr promo lasts?

I wonder how many people will hang on once the price doubles and how much you can share the account..

I've been wondering the same thing about a $25 annual subscription to SportsLine that included a year of ad-free cbs all access. I don't think anyone knows for certain. We won't know until Paramount Plus comes online, and by then of course it will be too late to snag one of these half-off deals. My guess is that yes, whatever deals we currently have prepaid for a year of cbs all access will remain in effect when it gets rolled into Paramount Plus. If you're paying month-to-month without a time listed that you get that rate locked in, then it's harder to say if it will go up.

The name is supposed to change to Paramount+ the first week of March.

The predominant statements I'm seeing are that you will need to cancel and sign up with a new email address to get the new rate.

Oddly it's their sports offerings that are the most compelling so far, including Formula E and UEFA Champions league. But maybe that's just my odd tastes.

I just tried it with my existing account. I was a recurring ad free plan with a promo code of 50% for that plan. I switched plan to an annual and it billed $99, but I then went back and entered the promo code on my account page and it is saying 50%. So, it appears it will work for existing.

wow, a super simple rebranding and all the subscribers go nuts with doubt and uncertainty as if this has never ever happened to a company before.

kindly like when kentucky fried chicken changed it's name to kfc, everyone wanted to know if the chicken was still going to come from kentucky.
