There is no reason to need 4k resolution on a 27" monitor to avoid blurry text. I'd double check that you're running at native resolution without any Windows (or other) scaling. Going 4k actually creates other issues in that most people will want to use scaling or run at non-native resolution to make the text and UI a reasonable size. A 27" at 1440p is higher pixel density than 1080p on a 23-24" monitor.

Decided to repost this deal since previous thread expired. Product and coupon url are different from that one as well.

Ahh good catch, I just looked into the additional details on my Wells and Chase card, and I see the same stipulation. That means it probably won't work with this purchase unless you buy over five monitors.
Oh well. That is a bummer but still a good deal nevertheless.

If you have American express cards check Amex offers too. I have a business blue card (no fee variety) that had 10% off for Dell upto 1500 in purchases. Though it says you have to start at dell.com/amex, it worked when I ordered a keyboard earlier this week by coming from another cashback site that had 10% cashback and then using the Amex card for payment.

How is the text on this?
I bought the Lenovo p27q-20 earlier this month in Newegg and the text on it is blurry. I think for 27" and above go for 4K monitors if you deal with a lot of text.

This is well-reviewed at rtings.com. You can compare to the ultrasharps there, but I don't see any major advantage.

Not getting the coupon :/ Scratch that, had to use the old link, and the (period) trick with gmail emails.

Any thoughts on this vs the 4k S2721Q for $100 more?

This is a valid coupon code, but it applies in a different store than the one in which you are currently shopping.

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago for a kitchen media center, same price. It's a fantastic monitor. Bought a Shield TV to go with it; if you enable developer options on the Shield, you can use the full 3k resolution.

Still waiting for the Dell monitor I ordered back in December...
You and me both. Postponed cause of the weather. Been waiting like 12 or 13 days now.

Yeah, my dad too. Both ordered on 12/29, was supposed to be shipped 2/5. On 2/7 got a delay notice saying it would be shipped 2/15, but no new updates.

I should have researched who they used to ship their products. If I would have known it was fedex I would have never purchased from them. Fedex is trash. Waiting just as long for a video game that was shipped from about an hour away from me, it's unreal.
