Hey guys, I just stumbled upon this amazing deal, I believe its an all time low other than the mythical Microsoft deal a few months back. NO TRADE IN REQUIRED.
I'm going to assume this deal works with EPP as well but I can't verify it.
Steps I took to get the price:
1. Visit the Samsung Education page [samsung.com] [samsung.com] and make sure your account is enrolled in the education program.
2. Visit the product page [samsung.com], turn off trade-in unless its applicable to you
3. Must select Mystic Black or Mystic Bronze color and you should see the 128GB model for $615.99 and the 512GB for a whopping $618.02
Enjoy! I bought a BNIB 128GB off Swappa a week ago for the same price and the only way I'll feel better now is if I share this with the community lol.
My first time posting so please let me know if I did anything wrong, stay safe yall!

I own both also and the reason you got so many thumbs down is because you're forgetting about what makes this Samsung so great.
120hz OLED screen with inky blacks.
It destroys the new iPad Air 2020 model screen. 60hz and annoying gray backlight bleed.
You have to go all the way up to an iPad pro to get a comparable screen.
Screens are important since you're staring at that thing 100% of the time.

Excellent device for media consumption with that OLED screen and stereo speakers.
It all depends on what you use it for. I use my tablet for drawing and watching movies. Hands down Samsung is better. The S-pen with Wacom technology is better than iPad's pencil.(as a professional artist, don't even argue with me on this) The OLED screen on Samsung's tablets are the best. (why did you think Apple jump on OLED for all their iphone 12's).
I would agree in general there are way more apps on the ipad that makes it a better buy but each their own. I carry both an iPhone and a Samsung phone for the reason of apps and I have both an iPad and Samsung tablet. For my use, Samsung , they integrate newer technologies that people actual use in their products faster than Apple. Apple forces you to use their technologies (lighting port, touchbar, butterfly keyboard, itunes, Siri (Samsung's Bixby is actual worst). Look at how long it took Apple to have a menu system that allow you to save something into a folder and be able to access that folder. The Android system ecosystem allowed it from day one.

Was thinking the same. I used the cancel trick to get a new tab S6 a few months ago for $280 without trade-in. Tempted on the S7 though...
