Avoid jetson like the plague, they literally have the worst customer service on the planet. Replacement parts are non existent, just keep telling you 6-8 weeks and I called for over 2 months straight. The only redeeming quality about this is Costco but there is only so much they can do.

Worst case you return it for a full refund - what do you mean "there's only so much they can do"?

They do have a generous return policy but when my bike was run over I just wanted jetson to help me fix it. I'm just saying if something goes wrong and you're outside Costco's return policy jetson will not help you.

I have no idea maybe it's considered an electronic? So maybe 90 days?

At very least should get 3 years warranty if you paid for it with Citi Costco VISA. Worse case make claim through them.
I bought two as Christmas gift for my kids last year. We love them and they work great. Can't speak for longevity obviously but right now it's getting my kids out of the house more so that's a win for us. They literally use these bikes everyday. I did have issues with the rear brakes on one of them. Contacted jetson and was assisted right away. They offered to send out the parts if needed but I figured out the issue and all is good.
