After struggling for an hour, finally, I figured it! These are my steps:

1. Google for EDU discount to Samsung.com and login from there ( I would use INCOGNITO for it )
2. Hover over the Mobile and click on the Watch section >> Watch 3, choose the Silver 45MM LTE (not sure if it works for the black one )
3. Choose no-trade-in
4. Add desired bands from OP's post ( I went with Novonappa® Hybrid Band (22mm) Black )
5. Skip the Add-ons
6. Apply Promo Code - PALETTEPANDA21
7. Apply Promo Code for the band ( found on OP's main post ). My Promo Code was GPTYR840BRBBW

Your total should be around $148.xx some change before the taxes. You can knock another $10-$15 off if it's a new account with a referral code. I opened a new account and saved more. My total was $149.xx with VA taxes.

Ok, so just figured out that the promo codes for the bands are just the item codes without the hyphen in it. So for example. the band:
Novonappa® Hybrid Band (20mm) Brown, item code is GP-TYR855BRBAW, just take the hyphen out and apply it to your order and that band is free.

I read somewhere that the LTE version drains the battery faster. It's a serious consideration given the small battery capacities in smartwatches. I wish they had non-LTE model for this price.

Sorry I messed with it for so long that I can't be certain 100% what worked. I have an existing samsung account. When I used the FP link, near the top left I had to choose my discount, I picked education. From there I picked the options LTE, Mystic Silver, 45mm, then buy now, (says on the bottom $84.99 edu discount), then chose leather black band (as I think brown is sold out), then no I don't want a trade in. And add to cart.
Once added I put in the palettepanda21 code for a discount. Then added the band I wanted with the code that matched the band. That's it.

Just to add this again if anyone missed it. You can add any band to your cart and the item code (without the hyphen in it) is the coupon code for that band. So you can get any bands you want free with the watch.

Just posted them. I believe the EPP discount doesn't show up until you have the watch in your cart. So don't worry about it on the initial selection page.

To add to this, you can stack all the codes. Just got 5 bands free. And if you want, add galaxy buds pro and trade in any wired headphones to get them for $68.85.

Keep in mind he did a trade in. I did a trade-in as well ($160 credit) on a 41MM with LTE for like $70.

With no trade I couldn't get a decent price on the non LTE version. So with no trade the best deal I could find was the 45mm LTE watch for $148 + free bands.
