Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

My order finally shipped (ordered Feb 15th and received delayed email of shipping last week). Both S21 Ultra 256GB (black) and the S7+ Tablet will be here in 1-2 days.

I also contacted Samsung via chat and they said up to 2 business day to receive my $250 refund for Amazon price match that I requested last week.

Same situation here, except 7 instead of 7+. Also have 10% cancel approved that I'll follow up on when refund processes. Should be around $620 tax included for phone, tablet, buds pro, trading in s9+.

I did yesterday - first I tried to PM to Amazon $799 price and the rep honored the difference of $130. Later I found the tab s7+ 256GB was $559.99 at samsung.com using education discount. I tried again and the 2nd rep honored the PM again and asked me to contact them when it gets shipped. I also got promise of $187.5 price match for my S21 ultra 256GB several days ago. Now I'm just hoping everything will work out...

Just pull the trigger if you're comfortable with the pricing as these promos/PM opportunities are very fluid. Worst that can happen is that your PM requests are denied and you can cancel/deny receipt/return.
