Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

Just tried to price match with Samsung via live chat and was also told to contact them once my order has been delivered. I took a screenshot and wrote down the reference # just in case.

For those that don't know, Samsung removed the MicroSD card slot. Greed is literally the only reason for this move. Force people to buy the larger storage versions.

Online chat just said they would PM to BB's S21U 256GB $950 and Amazon's S7+ 256GB $800 price, but only after shipping. I took screenshots of all the retailers and saved the chat, but I don't trust them and will probably call/chat again tomorrow.

I got hit with the "can't price match two items in one order" when trying to get both the tablet and phone. If they tell you that they'll PM the tablet and you've previously had an agreement to do the phone, but the phone hasn't shipped, I would recommend mentioning that. If you don't, chances are they'll do the tablet and then deny the phone later. Considering the phone is a bigger PM, that's probably not what you want.

amazon. the rep confirmed that the amazon PM was valid, just that I couldn't do both that and the phone. so if you have a tablet only order or can't get the phone PM for some reason, you can try to do the tablet.

Better to return everything for better refund, you will see very low refund on first thing you try to return.

If Price match is done on your order there will be a big mess to get back correct amount on your card.

They will PM and refund on the original payment and not store credit.

They only do one PM per order. So if you want to PM tablet as well, do it along with the phone and not separate. If you got a great bundled discount on the tablet, I wouldn't push the luck. Just get the phone PM and take it to the bank.
