Pretty shitty this year, no microsd card, only 1080p screen, no mst for samsung pay, nothing in the box like the akg earphones or the 25w fast charger. Doesn't matter what the big tech review sites say camera is definitely not a major upgrade over S20 Samsung must be paying a lot for the rave reviews to push the phone. Battery life is still pretty bad.

I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.

These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that

At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

My tablet shipped on 26th through fedex and was supposed to be delivered on March 1st , it's still not delivered and the fedex tracking shows as pending and no estimated date . Anyone have similar issue ?

Maybe I'm lucky but my Tab passed through Memphis in a day and is scheduled for delivery in 3 days from order. S21 phone is a different story though...

Here is the problem many of us face... we got the tablet and it return window already started...phone will not come for another 20 days or so....if i don't get the $250 PM, I want to return everything....but by the time they PM phone, I won't be able to return the tablet...this is crazy situation...did anyone talk to cust service about this? What is their answer? I need the PM now and not when it ships. WTF.

Not sure what your problem is. Even if you don't get the PM, you are still getting the phone for free if you sell the tablet and other things that you get w the bundle. PM is the icing on the cake.

So I just contacted samsung for the price match after my phone is shipped. The representative told me that he has to raise the requestion and the Samsung team will be in contact with me within 2 days and I should be getting refund within 5 business days.
He didnt want to tell me amount of refund. but it should be 200.
did you guys have the same experience?

Samsung sales are horrible. They can't sell these devices because the older devices are actuality better.

You should wait for note 21 and see if they are any better.

From what I read the S21 has a slightly lower grade screen and no microSD slot compared to the S20. It's $200 cheaper too and is the latest model so it's not a bad tradeoff in my view.

This is a concern for sure. For that reason I saved a copy of the chat transcript where the CSR confirmed the PM amount. I'm going to be pissed if they don't honor the agreement.
