I got the phone and honestly didn't feel much of an upgrade over the s20 i traded in.
These were the some distinct advantages of chosing a Samsung over other phones but now they have taken away all that
At this rate a pixel 5 or even an iphone 12 is a better choice in my opinion. Both of those don't suffer from the terrible battery life that you get on samsung!

I found a repair shop through the Samsung site. The shop is called UBreakIFix. I called up the store nearest me and the guy said they need to diagnose and order the parts since the phone just released. Going to take some time.
They charged me for both my vacuum and s21 ultra, I got no cancellation email, no price match etc. I got the vacuum but the phone is going back to Texas thru FedEx. Idk what's going on.

Reminds me of golden staples days when they price matched based on pre coupon/rebate price with extra 10% of the difference in the price. Once it got abused much they completely shutdown pm and coupons and now the only so called deals we have from staples are crappy office chairs with $20 off $100 coupons.
