Took about 30 minutes for my code to arrive, but they did not send one to my existing Dell account email, had to use a different email. That code did work on my regular account.
Also, the Amex approval came right away! The email subject was:

BTW, not sure if you were looking for your Inspiron in relation to this deal. But just in case you were not aware, this deal excludes Dell outlet.

Not a ton right now, but hoping to ramp things up. I go back and forth about laptop vs desktop. I know I can get a dock/connection for the laptop to connect to my dual monitors but not sure how expensive they are. If expensive, I'm thinking I'd rather put the money into a desktop...
