Took about 30 minutes for my code to arrive, but they did not send one to my existing Dell account email, had to use a different email. That code did work on my regular account.
Also, the Amex approval came right away! The email subject was:

i have no problem doing amex credit. very reliable so far. not too bad for 550 fee when you got most it back
But Amex has that financing thing with a fee you might want to look into

looked today and they increased the prices and I don't see the 5600x available. Good luck everyone.
