Took about 30 minutes for my code to arrive, but they did not send one to my existing Dell account email, had to use a different email. That code did work on my regular account.
Also, the Amex approval came right away! The email subject was:
Great news! You just used your Amex Offer for $100.00 cash back at DELL US COMPUTER SALES

Can I split my cost on two cards? Does dell allow that?
But again reading on reddit I am turned off from Dell altogether with their proprietary connectors and motherboards and ram etc.

Personally if I were to upgrade GPU and PSU I would just build my own.
Dell did change now all the cheaper XPS 8940 models only come with 360w PSU.....that basically killed all the Dell Outlet deals... for me. I'm quite happy though with my XPS 8940 with 2060. Additional $100 off makes it even better.

My new XPS 8940 has a 500w PSU. The basic version of XPS 8940 has 360w PSU.
But last year I had Dell offers on primary as well as all AUs. This year it seems most of the best deals only show up on my primary card.
