1) unscrew and flip the top part of the armrest backwards, your arms will thank you when you're reclined all the way
2) get some good quality rubber caster wheels for 20 bucks on Amazon, your floors will thank you

I have this chair in blue. There is no tilt back lock, the only lock is in the fully upright position.
When you lean back in the chair, your muscles are having to flex against the spring, as you can't lock it tilted back.
The chair is advertised as being tilt lock. Do not be deceived like I was.
