YMMV Some Walmart's have this oil on clearance. Most are $39 but I found one close to me that had it for $12.50. Great deal if on clearance near you.

Manufacturer and retailer's packaging design mistake. They want to dump this poor selling, inconveniently packaged oil to make room for packages that sell.
Yeah not the standard changing, it's totally not selling at 12qt's for the price of 10. /s

To everyone complaining about it having no way to measure you can cheap out and keep your old plastic oil quarts or gallon jug and fill to what you need or you can buy a dedicated oil dispenser if that floats your boat.

To anyone still complaining you can literally use any container you have around including a disposable plastic cup or kitchen glass. Pour a lot in and stop then check your dip stick. Not even showing? Add a lot more. Starting to show? Add a little more, check, and repeat until it's between fill and full. This is not rocket science, the fill and full line on your dipstick gives you an entire quart of play. But you know what, spend more on your oil while we be all slick and save some cash and reduce our waste.

keep in mind this is not 12 individual bottles. it's one big box of oil.
Thank you. My mechanic was cursing me for days after the last Super Tech deal on a bag of oil.

I will not used high mileage oil in less 50000 miles or your car is leaking because it contains more seal condition then regular oil

If you use the brickseek link and none of your local stores are showing the clearance price, you won't be able to get it for the clearance price
Walmart's in my area reflect the brickseed price but the price changes when I click on the item....

Why would you buy your own oil just to have someone else put it in?

High mileage has more additives to help protect "worn down" engines with higher mileage. So no it shouldn't have any real negative effects

This looks like a 12q jug with a spout. I thought it was 12 individual quarts. Comments say it's hard to know how much to dispence without measuring it yourself FYI
Pop by a local auto shop, I'm sure they have empty 5 quart or single quart bottles they can give you. Otherwise use a cleaned milk gallon. 1 gallon = 4 quarts.

i'm confused. Who is measuring the oil?

Don't you dump some in, then pull out the dipstick to check, and then slowly add more?
or am I buying shitty cars and everybody else has the electronic oil levels?
