Deep Rock Galactic is on gamepass. That being said it's an excellent game, especially with friends. But definitely playable alone or with randoms.
I've been playing on an xsx since early January and I haven't noticed any major issues. The only problem I have had is some lip syncing issues with the dialogue. They just released a new update last week that fixed that.

Assassins creed origins and odyssey are also on sale. I'm debating whether to pull the trigger on the most complete editions of both for a total of $50
Anyone know if they fixed the AC:V screen tearing on XSX? I remember that it was pretty terrible at launch.

Came here to say the same thing. If this game was not on gamepass, I would have never experienced how fun it is. My group of friends normally get together to play FPS but this has been our go to game for a month or two.

Origins and Odyssey are great games. I thought Odyssey was better though. Better graphics, better story.

I second this. A little bit of lip sync issues but other than that no problems whatsoever. And I believe it is one amazing game.

I liked Origins for the first 6-8 hours, and then it became an absolute chore, and very boring. At the time, a few months ago, Origins barebones version was $12 if memory serves me right.
I want to get Odyssey, but think I will wait it out. I only forced my self to finish Origins a few months ago, so I think I need a break from Creed games in general for a little bit, though the general consensus that Odyssey is a better game than Origins. By the time I think I will be ready to play Odyssey might be even cheaper, so wait it out if you aren't going to play it right now. That is the general SD gaming rule LOL.
The interesting thing is that by now, you would think any Creed game might have hit GamePass, yet they have not. Especially once the price for owning starts getting lower, but UbiSoft doesn't ever have this series there, but does with some of it's other franchises, like Rainbow Six or The Division. I think they may do that just to get more players involved in their online modes once they get players moving on from them who bought the games.

Well.... Given even Valhalla is on Ubisoft+ it is unlikely they would give it to Gamepass and other competitors. Unless of course the rumor that Ubisoft+ would join Xbox Game Pass is true. They are saying it may happen in late 2021. If you have time to wait it may not hurt. Otherwise annual sales around Thanksgiving would always be there.

Oh... I didn't even remember that Ubisoft+ was even a thing. In that case, I am absolutely going to wait it out. I would suspect that Ubisoft+ joining a Game Pass will happen. Microsoft is throwing big money to attract people to stay in the Xbox ecosystem and off of PlayStation. Hence the xbox rewards system tied in with microsoft/bing and xbox game pass quests they have, and of the acquisition of all those big developers anouced a few months back. As much as I like the Xbox hardware, most of the game pass games are not very good games. It is becoming like Netflix, where it is quantity over quality. There are gems of course, but those are also gems that are not exclusive to Xbox.
