Their customer service is ridiculous as well. When I reported website inaccessibility, they suggested me try other servers, which did not help at all. Eventually, they said that they were able to reproduce the problem. BUT there is no ETA of a fix at all.
When I looked back to the whole period of experience, I was still mostly living on Windscribe's free plan on most of my devices. So when the new 3-yr Windscribe deal came a couple of weeks ago, I was in again.
Don't waste your money on KeepSolid. It is as solid as a stone and you can only throw it at your enemy. Web surfing? No.
Update:
I've seen people asking about Bittorrent. I've used it on Synology DS and it worked fine. Note that it is not recommended to run VPN on NAS. I am just saying it works.
"Fourteen Eyes" Country - yes
Enemy of the Internet - yes
Timestamp/bandwidth/ip address logging - yes
FYI before purchasing.
(I made that mistake last year and was afraid I'd lost my money. They sorted it out and made a new account for me for the new licenses - but save yourself the trouble.)

It has decent speeds, but you get blocked/checked at many sites.
Nonstop captcha challenges.
Some sites just refuse the connection.
Seems like too many bad actors use it and that ruins it for daily/casual surfers like myself b

I saw some somewhat negative write ups on them from a few VPN review sites, which let's be honest, those can't really be trusted anyway, but the things stated in the reviews did not match up with what the privacy policy said.
I'm not here to defend them, since I literally have not yet used the service, but my thoughts were that the "reviews" may be outdated and that the company has since updated their policies. Now, whether they actually stick those policies is a completely different question.
Here is an excerpt from their policy:
KeepSolid does not monitor, store, or log your online activity, including your browsing history, connection times, metadata, downloads, server usage, or data content during your session in the VPN Services. For a list of categories of personal data that KeepSolid collects, see Section 2 (D) of this Privacy Policy.
KeepSolid also never stores or logs your IP address after the end of your session in the VPN Services – KeepSolid always removes your IP address after your session ends. See Sections 2 (D) and 7 of this Privacy Policy.
