I could care less about making a few bucks in 6-7 years on a physical game versus having a digital version with no loading and unloading cartridges, loosing cartridges, etc.....
What is the best game(s) in these series of games? I have a 5 year old who'd go bonkers over these I bet.
LEGO City Undercover is my son's favorite (hes 7) there are hard missions that you will have to help complete. But it is an open world lego city were just running around is a lot of fun for kids (the 3 kids I know who have played it)
If you can find LEGO movie 1 its a great game for beginners. my son started with that and my daughter is now enjoying it (4).
Jurassic world, harry potter are more advanced. DC villians and ninjago are also on the more difficult side. Have not played Incredibles
These prices are okay, not the lowest, even for physical, but these games have tons of replay value.

My almost 5yo loves Jurassic World the movie so he naturally loves the Lego game. I have to help him with a lot but otherwise it's fun for him. I got this game at $19.99 during Christmas so these I feel are a good deal, even though I'm finding change out the games is kind of annoying. (New switch family). Going to pick up other lego games that others have suggested for sure!
Those prices are high, maybe because it's physical media. I'm all for digital.
Digital games on Switch are a huge PITA if you have more than one system.
Both kids have their own switch. With a physical cart, either one can play the game, just not at the same time. With a digital game, it depends on which system is 'primary' on the account. To play the game on the other one, you have to swap the 'primary' system through the account to play the game.
A single Switch might be easier for digital, but not for multiple systems.
Don't buy Harry Potter on the switch if you plan on playing in co-op mode. The frame rate really dips if you're too far and split screen occurs; the lag can be a bit nauseating. Single player should be fine. I sold my copy for the switch and snagged a copy for the ps4 and it's so much better in co-op.

I'm all for digital too except when a game is over 10 gig then I sometimes want the physical. See Divinity II
Digital have not resale value while physical does, even if is 90% off whatever you paid for.
My 5-year-old and I had a lot of fun playing Marvel Superheroes 2
