OP - couple of suggestions for updates to your post:
  • You can remove the YMMV and indicate that the deal will work if you change the location to N. Virginia-DC-Baltimore or whatever location you are at. Anyone can change their location to get the deal
  • Amazon is advertising this at 33% off with the current price of $450 for black and $385 for white

Not sure why this is considered as a hot deal.

If you have Sam's Club membership (which you can get it for free with $45 back deal), buy 5300 for the same price ($300). (Also, if you have Chase freedom card, you can get %5 cashback on wholesale market shopping)

5300 has 0.2 more horse power and wider blade.
