their software is absolutely atrocious. my first drone flew away after software update and there's others that had this happen as well. lots of bugs in their new drones as well, read their forums

Great drone from what I have read. Plus it doesn't have those stupid no fly zones.

This is a great drone. I've owned it for nearly a year and have nearly 200 hours on it.

The app isn't as mature as DJI, but the camera is MUCH BETTER than the Mavic 2 Pro.

There are issues with all brands, including this one. Autel was great to deal with when I needed support, unlike DJI. I was one of the people that had the motors spin up after an update. Props were off, so wasn't a huge issue. No idea why that happened, but it has not done it since. If you need excellent images, this is the best portable option out there.

It can do 6K,10bit 60fps and more. I would buy this item again without hesitation.
